Once a month I take a fun cooking class in Carmel. This month was totally out of my comfort zone with Abalone. I have never had it or cooked it or seen it before! Weird having grown up in Monterey plus it was my grandma’s favorite dish. Overall, the dish was delicious and the whole experience was super fun.
