Ingredients
Strawberry Whip
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1/2 pint Whipping cream
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 oz vanilla pudding mix
Chocolate Wafers
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 3 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Strawberry Whip
- In a food processor blend sugar and strawberries. Strain mixture to remove seeds and put back into a food processor with vanilla pudding mix. Set aside. In a large mixer whip 1/2 pint whipping cream with vanilla extract. Fold strawberry mix into whipping cream. Spoon into 8 bowls or cups. In a small pot melt white chocolate with remaining whipping cream. In a mixer whip mixture until light peaks form. Spoon or pipe on top of strawberry cups. I froze them for about 30 minutes while we ate. Store in fridge or freezer to keep form.
Chocolate Wafer
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In mixer , beat butter and sugar Add in egg, extract and chocolate chips+cocoa and mix until combined. Add in flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Roll out dough to ¼ " thick. Cute with cookie cutter. Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 7 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets before removing them.
