Each season, I like to review and refresh my skincare routine to ensure it is meeting my current needs. Summer to fall beauty has to be my favorite. Cold weather, the use of our heater at home, and the California drought in full swing mean drier conditions that can be really harsh on my skin. I’ve leaned into products full of ceramides, nourishers, hydrators, and moisturizers. There are so many products out right now it can be confusing to pick anything off the shelves. I rely on my tried and true ingredients to choose.
Like this ceramide and peptide cream by Dr. Zenovia. Ceramides help bond moisture to the skin. This hydrating essence by Vintner’s Daughter is for an extra boost of hydration. This soothing lip balm, a great hair nourishing and repairing hair treatment after so many months spent at the beach and pool are both must-haves. Or a soothing bath oil and body butter for soft skin all over. These are some of the latest staples and products I’m using to help keep my skin looking and feeling its best.
