Gentle Facial Night at home with CBD for Life

gentle facial night protocol

My travel schedule has been none stop this month!  Airplanes and changing climates have been rough on my skin and left it a bit sensitive.  I even had wind burn/dry spots on my cheeks!  When this happens I turn to super gentle products that are still effective so that I don’t breakout or get dry patches.

Here are the five products I chose this week.

Cleanse:  This uber gentle facial bar by Simone France (c/o) leaves my skin clean without stripping the skin.  Is used this all week to keep my skin from flaring up.

(I skipped my exfoliator and mask this week.)

Treat: I LOVE the Jan Marini Regen Booster to help repair my skin after travel. I like to use this serum twice a year for six weeks each time to keep my skin youthful and the tone even.  It is gentle enough post travel but effective enough to use during my regular skin care routine.

Hydrate: I chose the CBD for Life face cream (c/o) because it leaves my skin hydrated without feeling heavy.  Even the scent is light!  CBD has a ton of natural anti-aging properties and it helps keep my acne in check. What I like most about this face cream is how radiant my skin looks when I use it.  It is super gentle even though it does contain retinol.  Retinol helps with cell turnover and I need this to help with the dry patches on my cheeks. The patches were gone after the first use and I continued to use the cream day & night for the last 5 days.

Eyes: The CBD eye cream (c/o) is hydrating and soothing.  It worked wonders on my puffy eyes after a long flight.  I am never leaving home without this again!  At home, I keep it in the refrigerator to help sooth my eyes after a long day at work.

Lips: The Super Elixir Organic Lip Balm smells amazing and keeps my lips soft for hours.

I think I need to give that eye cream a try! I’ve been looking for one recently and it sounds nice.
