Your breakout can be a helpful tool in discovering what is going on with your body.
Here is a quick (kinda scary looking) sketch on what your breakout could mean. I use a food journal to compare my breakouts with and see what foods/drinks/supplements are not agreeing with my skin. I noticed that every time I eat wheat/flour I break out along my jawline. I cut out breads and the breakouts disappeared. I noticed the same thing every time I eat dairy, only the breakouts occur just under my cheekbones. Remember healthy skin starts from the inside! What are your breakouts trying to tell you?
