How to Make a Dalgona Martini
- 4 tbs instant coffee (I used this one)
- 4 tbs sugar
- 4 tbs cold water
- 2 oz Baileys
- 2 oz Nut Pod French Vanilla
- simple syrup
- gold sugar crystals
With a hand mixer whip coffee, sugar, and water together until stiff peaks form.
In a shaker mix baileys and nut pods french vanilla over ice.
Rim a martini glass in simple syrup or chocolate and then dip it into gold sugar crystals. Scoop a large dollop of the coffee mixture into the rimmed glass. Top with strained Bailey’s.
We’ve indulged in these luxury cocktails all winter long! Sooo good after work or before dinner. If you have trouble with caffeine just swap to decaf and enjoy.
