Plated Caesar Salad Cups with Parsley and Lemon Potatoes

I am a huge fan of Plated  and this recipe is now one of my favorites.  It was incredibly simple and the potatoes were delicious!

The prep involved:

The hardest part about this recipe was: 1. crushing the garlic and 2. making caesar dressing from scratch!

There were a ton of left overs, while the order said two plates there was enough for my husband and myself and lunch for me the next day.  AND he had seconds.  


Louis wanted a bite.
