Cook diced bacon until crisp. Remove from pan to drain grease. In the same pan toast pecans and scallions about 3 minutes. Add maple syrup and coat pecan mix. Add bacon back into the pan to coat.
Remove brie from wood case and remove top of skin. Place back into wood case and set on a cooking sheet. Spoon bacon and pecan mix onto brie and bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until melting.
