Tomorrow I have a full day of baking and football planned. Christmas Day my Sister and her kids are coming down for dinner so I have a lot of prep to get done. I wanted a nice relaxing night and an early bedtime. After a full day of work, I have the worst time shutting down and falling asleep. Here is my favorite way to relax, breathe and rejuvenate before a big day.
Start with a hot bath, add 1 teaspoon of the Candrima Cleansing Oil and 5 drops of the Rosemary Mint Oil to running water. This won’t bubble up but it creates a skin softening soak; plus the scent is uber relaxing. The ginger, ginger lily, rosemary, and mint leave a soft scent to the skin that lulls me to sleep. I soak for a good 20 minutes and read a few chapters of a good book.
Before I get out I scrub with the Rosemary Mint Body Polish and rinse off. I am obsessed with the smell of this skin scrub. Pat your skin dry. Mix 10 drops of the Rosemary Mint Oil and 1 tablespoon of the Candrima Body Cream. A little goes a long way with these products. I then massage a bit of the oil on my scalp and feet. Finish with a leave on face mask and jump into bed. Once in bed read another chapter and doze off!
In the morning my skin still feels soft and lightly scented.
