Japanese skincare products always make me happy and bring up memories of my grandma. From a young age, she taught me the importance of caring for my skin. Her skin looked amazing at every age and I hope I’m that lucky! @tatcha skin care products are always in my skincare routine but their new Rice Wash is a must-have.

A rich cream to foam wash that exfoliates but doesn’t dry my skin out. I noticed quickly that my skin appeared brighter and softer. Rice water is used for so many beauty and healing purposes in Japan. My grandma used it for so many different things when I was growing up.

The formula has a gentle scent, goes a long way, and uses rice to gently exfoliate while cleansing.  I like that it is PH-neutral, includes hyaluronic acid and Okinawa Algae.  Okinawa is constantly at the top of the chart for the longest life expectancy, healthiest people, and nice skin!  The algae found there is a powerhouse full of anti-oxidants, rich in polysaccharides it helps repair the skin barrier.

Not in the cleanser are Mineral oil, synthetic fragrances, sulfate detergents, parabens, urea, DEA, TEA, or phthalates.

This new cleanser is great for all skin types. I like it as a second cleanse or morning cleanse.  Head over to Tatcha to try The Rice Wash cleanser now.
