What to Eat Wednesday!

Everyone knows I LOVE avocado and when I discovered this yummy recipe I knew I just had to share.  It’s perfect on a turkey wrap or raw veggies. YUM YUM!

1/2 C raw walnuts
1 tbs flaxseed oil
1 tbs walnut oil
1 tbs cilantro- finely chopped
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1/2 an avocado
1 tbs ground flaxseed

Combine all in a food processor and puree.  Put in cute bowl and enjoy!
