Summers in Carmel, Ca can be sooo unpredictable. The weather usually comes from Alaska this time of year so fog and cold breezes linger most days. Layers are key and necessary. This week the weather remains gorgeous and sunny but the evenings are pretty chilly. In general, Carmel is a chic and casually stylish spot so I never feel uncomfortable wearing some fun pieces like this Mickey Mouse Gucci sweater or Fendi top. That being said, if you are coming to Carmel this summer, here are some tips on what to pack.
What To Pack For A Summer In Carmel, CA
Random thing about Carmel– highheels require a permit from the Mayor to wear! Most streets are made of old brick or cobblestone and with no street light they can be tricky to navigate. I’ve never actually seen a ticket issued for highheel wear but know that it is a real thing! I love these slides and laceups for running around the beach and shops.
